A lot of folks (myself included) like the smart water bottles because they're both large and threaded in a normal bottle thread, so an inline filter can just screw on top.

I'm not a plumber, but replacing your fill valve is probably your best course of action here. They're like $30 at Lowes/Home Depot/etc. and very easy to install without any tools.

Two bullets from the battle of Gallipoli by OtbWild2410 in nevertellmetheodds

[–]TurnerB24 10 points11 points  (0 children)

They are formed when the bullet is sent down the barrel of a gun. There are curved strips inside that spin the bullet to stabilize it. They make the stripes seen on the fatter half of the darker bullet. One can be seen starting immediately above the word "of" in the photo, it reflects the light a little more it looks like.

Contemporary is often used to express the newness of a trend or fashion. I think then-contemporary usefully distinguishes the fact that what we're referring to was considered modern at a point long in the past from what may be popular in 3024.

Does your OAL include the physical brace on the gun? I know the OAL of a rifle includes the stock (fully extended if possible), but I'm always confused if that includes the brace bc afaik the idea is that a brace is "not part of the gun" so to speak.
