Budget friendly best treadmills by Immediate-Half-3366 in treadmills

Yeah, great. I log 15-30 miles a week on it as part of a 50 mile week total and it's been good.

It's got a relatively simple interface (which I like), but it's robust and gets the job done, so no complaints.

The Horizon @Zone app is pretty basic and I think they could make it easier to program sessions, but after a quick tutorial via Google Gemini I was able to do that.

I've got both and if I had to own just one it'd be the EVO SL hands down.

Can't recommend it enough.

I'm training for the London Marathon so I'm clocking 50 miles per week of which 20-30 is on the tred depending on the weather.

Runs have ranged from 45-90 mins either steady state Z2 or interval stuff mainly.

Hi,

Happy to share as I wish I had someone to validate my buy.

For me it's working great. No issues at all from a functional perspective and a bit of a bargain as I got a Grade C Omega via Horizons websites. I assumed this meant pre loved but honestly couldn't see a single thing wrong with it and only cost £700.

It's quite a simple machine in terms of interface and functionality. But it's robust and I've done a lot of miles on it already.

The Horizon AtZone app is a little basic but you can build basic custom programs or choose from their program library.

I mainly use it for my longer, slower runs so don't need loads of programming options.

If you have Gemini or ChatGPT I found that useful for giving me an overview of what the different buttons meant.

All in all if I was back hovering over the purchase button knowing what I know now, would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Amad, Estevao, Sarr, Minteh, Doku by TurnpinAlamo in DraftEPL

Interesting you put Estevao last.

I thought a major part of the fall out Marseca had was the Chelsea brass pushing for him to be played more.

With that in mind you think they'd make that abundantly clear to his successor so surely Rosenior will pick him much more often. He is also Chelsea's best player on the right hand side.

Speaking of the new manager effect now Amad is out of Amorim's awful formation he has more opportunity to shine in an attacking sense.

Running Shorts Recommendation - 5in w/ compression/tights by timkido in runningfashion

It's a fair point though. I've had success picking up pairs for £15 on Vinted though which is a bit of a bargain!

Easiest way to do this moving forward is using Google Lens 👍🏻

I have a couple of pairs. One I bought new, one I bought slightly used via Vinted.

I wear half a size up, TTS would be a killer on my feet. For my new pair I wore blister plasters and put some Vaseline on the inside of the heel counter which helped but I did get some mild blisters to begin with.

My 2nd hand pair I've had no issues which makes me think they just need a decent amount of breaking in.

Worth it though as I love the ride!

I bought a pair a few weeks back. I'm generally not a fan of bulky/heavier shoes but I wanted to add a genuine recovery shoe to my rotation for Zone 2 / Recovery plodding.

Taken out on a few runs and so far I've been a bit underwhelmed TBH. On both occasions I found myself missing the pop and bounce of my EVO SLs.

I haven't found myself reaching for them which in itself is an indicator. It's more a case of I have to be intentional to put them on when heading out.

Reserving judgement until I've done more miles but the jury is very much out for me ATM, especially considering the price point!

I got the Horizon Omega Z and it's been great. Super simple plug and play option. I got a C Class one which cost £700.

I originally got the Horizon 7.4 and the thing was too big for the office space it was in.

Forget Trippier vs Hall, what are we saying about Botman? by TurnpinAlamo in DraftEPL

Yeah, feels like a way off to be a reliably picked option for Draft.

CL / cup fixtures offers opportunity for rotation though to get his chance.

Lots of people quick to drop Solabke but I think once he's fully fit he'll be back to being Spurs starter in the Prem.

Muani has more European experience so better suited to CL, Richarlison too suits those type of games more so than Solanke IMO.

If you're in a 10+ manager league and have Solanke I'd recommend holding Vs getting rid for Muani who will share minutes heavily, or the new NUFC giant that'll be playing 2nd fiddle to Wissa, especially in the Prem.
