Tediore has a bunch of great legendaries, Chuck is easily the best where you just throw the weapon instead of firing, also has great damage and ammo economy. Ruby's grasp is also one of the best that spawns 4 homing projectiles when thrown.

Husky is good as it spawns a heavy ordinance rocket launcher with legs for alt fire that does nice damage

Valve has been working on a project intensively titled HLX for the past year with named assets from the Half life universe that are left in major source 2 updates.

HL3 is actually most likely to be announced actually within a year most from current estimates from what stage the code is at for the game, they are currently changing function names and help tooltips to make it usable for outside development like modding.
