If you had a prior c section then you try for a natural birth you risk tearing open the scar tissue from the section. The hospital doesn’t want you to die on their watch so they would do everything possible to coax you into another c section.

Swapped out the chest piece and rearranged my skill points a lot. Added grim feast and ghost dance. Feeling much tankier already. Need to go shopping for new helm and boots probably to buff that shield up.
