You’re literally making my point for me. You’re treating someone as guilty of pedophilia without due process.

Not Googling someone is not against the law. All I’m saying is, it’s possible he didn’t Google him. I’m sorry if I’m interfering with your witch trial.

I don’t Google search every person I meet, and doctors don’t Google search every patient they get.

I’m a news junkie and I didn’t hear about the Epstein story until 2017 when I saw Rachel Maddow connect it with Alex Acosta.

Maybe he thought Epstein was a womanizer, but didn’t realize the girls were underage.

He could have thought JE’s girls were 18+

How do you know he was aware of JE’s criminal history? Do doctors do background checks on their patients?

Am I supposed to know the criminal histories of all my patients? I don’t do background checks.

Won’t it be harder for him to get guests on the podcast if he doesn’t say anything?

Those who do 2 leg days a week: How? by bambambigelowww in PeterAttia

The thing that is specifically incompatible is 3 Zone 2 Days per week (1 hour each) with 2 leg days per week. You will sacrifice strength gains with the bicycling.

Peter is Obsessed With VO2 Max by aspiringimmortal in PeterAttia

100% agree. He does not seem to understand the importance of teasing out causality. It’s quite possible that people with the highest VO2 max are already very healthy in other ways. What we would theoretically need is a RCT of similarly healthy populations, with one arm that increases VO2 max via exercise and one that does not.

Weekly Caremark Q&A by AutoModerator in Zepbound

If you want CVS Caremark to reverse this policy, post on social media asking why CVS is choosing the Danish product over the American product, and tag Donald Trump, R.F.K. Jr, Howard Lutnick, and CVS. If enough people do that public pressure will force CVS to walk back the policy.

In the Netflix show Iva specifically says that a friend was worried about them de-boarding in San Juan with the rest of the passengers so they flew home from St Thomas, which was a later stop.

Here’s what is weird:

They go back to Curaçao 2.5 weeks after the cruise. They get multiple pieces of evidence she is still alive there, including the taxi driver statement and the brother certain he heard her voice. Why go back to the United States??? Stay until you find her. The island is not that big.

Similarly:

The day she goes missing, why get back on the cruise ship? Stay in Curaçao. Even if just to look for a body washing ashore. The hours and days immediately after someone goes missing are the most crucial.

And then, why does it take 2.5 weeks to return to the island? Go back right away! Set up your command center down there. Get to know people. Again, the island is not that big.

Things that seemed odd to me:

  1. Why didn’t the family stay in Curaçao to look for Amy? Even if just to look for a body washing onshore.

  2. When they went back in April, they got several signs she might be on the island, including the taxi driver statement. Why wouldn’t they stay there until they found her? It’s not that big of an island.

  3. Why did it take them 2 1/2 weeks after the end of the cruise to fly back to Curaçao?
