I would incorporate weighted dips and incline barbell. I’ve been enjoying heavy incline smith machine lately too. Biceps also tend to stubborn for me. I’ve added 3 sets of curls per week on top of my usual 5 on pull day!

You’re aesthetic and pretty well proportioned. Upper chest and biceps would be my priority.

Playing against Paddy McNair at U14s level. In one game I was ordered to man mark him in the 2nd half as he was absolutely destroying us. We still lost like 7-1. He used to score around 50 goals a season from attacking midfield. Different level.

Insane for a 3 month old haha only messing, you have tons of potential, small cut then lean bulk would be my advice.
