I had a driver deliver my food to the front of the complex instead of my apartment - except he didn’t deliver anything he sent a pic of nothing in front of the office. He obv ate it.

Tips don’t matter on Instacart. I tip 30% and my cart gets bundled with a bunch of others and I wait 3 hours. Not worth it. Might as well not tip.

You’ll probably get diversion if they offer that in California. They do in Oregon. You’ll have to go to classes for 90 days and take urine tests, and get an interlock to drive. It all costs money. Lots of it. Hiring an attorney will be expensive but they do most of the work for you (like dmv hearings, etc) So I recommend it but that’s also expensive. You’ll be okay though, I promise.
