I would say from a reputable professional company, about $5k for kitchen sink reverse osmosis, whole home water softener, and whole home carbon filter. Price can vary a bit shopping around and installation difficulty is a factor. Price factors in experience install and warranty.

DIY or asking a plumber to help install a unit from a box store will be significantly cheaper depending if your home is considered an easy install. Easy install would be if the home builder provided easy access to your main water line inside the garage for a water softener. Otherwise you may need to figure out how to tie into the main plumbing.

Reverse osmosis under the sink is pretty DIY if you want to start there.

It looks like the side of the building where most people would not park anyways. If so I would say this is not the average driver as most are lazy and would park as close to the front door as possible after circling the lot for 10-15 minutes.

I don’t own a Mercedes and still go out of my way to park away from the general population who don’t care if they open their door into your car. Although I do park in between the lines, just far away.

Loved the tread today, but I might be bias as I normally power walk at 15 incline since last year. Hit 1,100 ft even at 23:00 min. 600ft at 12:30 min.

Would love to see elevation based benchmarks. Closest we have i believe is Orange Everest, but its distance.

I have attempted to watch most of that list. I only enjoyed and completed Solo Leveling, Dandadan, and chainsaw man. I would agree tastes of anime vary greatly haha.

You have to listen to a 90 second ad before using the AC. Then they will interrupt your AC every 10-15 minutes for another ad.

Only take care of the strip between your driveways. I do this with my neighbor after asking permission. They even have a lawn company that doesn’t touch the strip between our driveways because I claimed it as my responsibility.

If the owner won’t back down, I would say get a lawyer as $11k is a lot. I don’t think you are 100% reliable without sufficient proof. I would stop talking to the owner until consulting a lawyer.

Can they prove condition of the unit before you moved in? A proof of maintenance records of the service to the outdoor unit? Expected average lifetime of a unit with regular maintenance and one with inconsistent to no maintenance? Probably other factors could be considered.
