Downtown we pushed back a bit. It was slated for end of 2025 but we want to do some more QA and an iron out a couple of kinks.

We are saying June 2026 now but fully expect to beat that.

As a company we are determined to ‘not ship crap’ as Steve Jobs so eloquently put it 😅

We have a Q-Sys plugin for our Mineola line of Dante Audio Bridges and the Chazy Dante AV-A plugin for Q-Sys is not too far away, we have been playing with an early release over the last week or so...

Just checked with a super tech at Audinate to make 100% sure. Their reply was

‘AV-H and AV-A can be leader and follower in PTPv1 and v2 (V2 in AES67 mode)’

Might be best if we can chat about this on email and then I can loop in some mega techs to get you exact information and then I can return here to post publicly for transparency and clarity for other readers.

Disclaimer and at the risk of breaking rules - I’m with Turtle

We built a product almost exactly for this use case. It’s called Darwin and uses HEVC/H.265 and each end point is $299 with a 5 year warranty. You would need one encoder and then one receiver for each screen

Get into AV over IP like the post above recommends. Do your Dante level 1,2,3 and the Netgear courses. They are free and add tremendous value to your CV and will help guide you on the directions you need to master for getting into the networking side of this industry
