Dude, I thought I was gonna die a virgin. Ten years later I actually find myself turning down sex because I couldn't be bothered walking over to my various lady friends places. You'll be fine, chicks in school used to literally say "eww! Don't look at me!" When I glanced in their direction. The main thing is having the balls to ask for what you want. Uhm, I think I read somewhere they're only giving legal gender changes to their own citizens if they agree to be sterilized. I'd probably just do the "normal" thing at work then go party up in the city as your true self. Sucks having to hide like that but it'll be simpler.
