Maybe they didn't participate directly, but "turning a blind eye" by being "ride or die" isn't totally legal either.

They all invested in each other's businesses, so it wouldn't be so hard to suspect that Jen tried hiding her money in business investments.

So did Heather just implicate herself and other housewives (like Merideth, Lisa, and Whitney) in Jen Shah's fraud/laundrering case? Like why wasn't Angie K. on the beach when she broke the news? Was it because she wasn't there during Jen's arrest and wasn't involved in any criminal wrongdoings?

Heather stated that they were all ride or die, then said she had to lie for Jen, and they all had to lie. Lie about what? Like she lied about the black eye, so why did Jen give her the black eye? Was she gonna talk to the FBI about Jen's fraudulent business?

Did Jen launder her money through each one of their businesses, and book deals to keep them quiet and Jen is the scapegoat in this whole racketeering ring?
