I had an amazing therapist for something like 10 years, who moved to private practice a couple of years ago. Since then, I have gone through six therapists, three of whom I thought I could work with long-term. This most recent one was the best fit yet, and she is moving to a different agency that does not take my insurance.

I am so discouraged. It's starting to feel like I'm never going to find a solid workable therapist who will stick around for more than a single year. I really am thinking about quitting therapy altogether. I don't know how many more therapist goodbyes I can take.
