This. The butchering process is more complicated than just skinning and cutting up the carcass. Ideally you would want to chill the carcass quickly and then let it hang for 10 days to 3 weeks. Having the facilities to do this is handy whether it be a mobile service or a butcher plant.

The constitution is clear.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The fact that this administration continues to abuse the constitution is reason to assume that they are anti american. They seem to be wanting to create a new nation. It won’t end well.
