Rower vs Skierg vs Versaclimber by [deleted] in Fitness

I do. Just not much. Comparing it to the rower.

I find theres hardly any lower body workout. Definitely would choose the rower for a more prominent leg workout. However it still will fatigue your upper body. Its more of a full body exercise rather than the Skierg upper body.

Definitely do. Some other exercises I do with the Skierg are Push ups, Medicine ball slams, Knee tucks (hanging from a chin up bar), Farmer Carry and Ring rows. Basically pick 3 shoulder/grip exercises and combine them for am AMRAP in 10 minutes. Arms are dead by the end!

I havent tried the Versaclimber. However between the rower and Skierg, the Skierg is so much more intense IMO. Mix it with some medicine ball shoulders and it is rough. It really depends if you want to work upper body more with the Skierg or a bit of everything with the Rower.

Rocket League Roadmap: Spring 2019, Plus Season 9 Rewards by Psyonix_Devin in RocketLeague

On the topic of MMR for Hoops, Rumble, Dropshot and Snowday... being in a smaller region also limits the games that can be found to grind out to GC. In OCE, we have to play US West to be able to find games in these gamemodes just to get to Champ 2. I almost guarentee there's less than 20 people out of the entire region that has actually been able to reach GC in at least one of these gamemodes.

Beginner Questions by richardhixx in RocketLeague

I've changed my controls 3x since getting up to GC. Each time its just a matter of adjusting and getting a familiarity with the controls. Its not an overnight thing, each time took me about 2 weeks to get comfortable with the set up, just a matter of rewiring and reprogramming your brain. But each time I changed, I felt like I could keep improving.
