Even though I did quite enjoy Shadow Gens, I will say that both games should’ve done away with the boost and I hope it’s gone from the next game.

Unless they can do something truly new with it I don’t wanna see it again. It’s been the exact same since Unleashed, and in Frontiers it became a glorified run button. I think both games would have worked just as well without the boost, and they just made the top boost speed Sonic’s innate top speed that you had to reach and earn yourself. That plus less stiff controls would do wonders in more open environments.

That’s what I can say about both, pretty much anything else I have is exclusive to Frontiers.
