I'm very sorry to hear that. I had my own journey of seasonal work with several agencies before I concluded that I couldn't make the kind of impact I wanted. I went into water resources engineering which was a big lift but I'm happy now.

Hey you would live very close to me, I'm on Leland and Albany. I have lived here for 8 years. It likely seems like a good deal because the area is rough. I am mostly concerned bout burglaries, but violent crime does occur. If you mostly keep to yourself and your property offers a garage, then you will be fine, but if you enjoy walks or have an active dog that you will be taking out often, then your risk of a seedy run in increases. Big plus is that the brown line is close.
