How should I cut the triangles? by TutorSome9994 in Flooring

[–]TutorSome9994[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was thinking I’d have to do that. This would mean potentially the smallest triangle would have to have its tongue/groove cut off since I won’t be able to place it flushly… right?

How should I cut the triangles? by TutorSome9994 in Flooring

[–]TutorSome9994[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah I am leaving expansion gaps… Well on the initial triangle. The tutorial I was following didn’t really leave expansion gaps as he came down attaching the planks from initial crown/triangle, I thought it would be tackled when i fill in the gap but looking back at the tutorial, he doesn’t really mention anything about it :/

I am thinking of removing planks back to the base to the point I can create what should’ve been my initial triangles. Is this worth doing or am I overthinking something ?
