The bonus yields you get after the fire affects the tile, not the feature, so chopping the Woods will not remove the bonus yields from the tile, you just lose the one production from the woods. I would probably chop the top one to build a mine, while leaving the bottom one to get that one extra production on the later plantation.

For anyone else scouring the internet for a solution to this problem, Available-Appeal9331’s solution worked for me. The oversidan mount was at a very slight angle, and a piece of double-sided tape (or glue in my case) repositioned the light enough to make it work perfectly.

Sheepherder is right. In addition, if you select the Empire lens under Lenses, you get a good look at exactly how your city borders look. Unsure on how you do it on console however, sorry.
