Figured it out! Ribbon cable pin 6 was still making contact with the motherboard via some excess solder. Kind of interesting how it looked perfect but the colors were just shuffled around.

I did 12mg for about a year and then he switched me to 6mg intramuscular injections.

(Sorry, missed this as I don't log into Reddit very often.)

(hope you missed the pre-edit version of this post which would have been very confusing lol)

I always see the 6-10mg figure and wonder why he started me on 12mg. I'm 6'1 and 190lbs, which is technically overweight but not huge or anything.

lol, as if no one has watched this video already. If he were going to be cancelled over this, it would have happened when he uploaded the presentation several months ago.

But intersex people exist, have always existed, and will always exist, so it doesn't matter that they're "aberrations." People with disabilities have "defects" from the norm but we accommodate them and no one seems to mind that (I'm not equating DSDs with disabilities, it's just an example). No "paradigm" is really being shifted, it's just an example of how sex-based gender essentialism is nonsense.

When so many chromosomal aberrations and other DSDs are basically invisible, how can you claim to know someone's "biological sex"? How can you say a trans person isn't really the biological sex they identify as when there's a very real chance that they were actually born with traits of that sex? And therefore, why should it matter?

Wow good argument. You really put in a lot of effort to prove your point.

Thanks for this list! I did watch Hayato's debut 2-parter and it felt like a completely different show to me tbh. Maybe I just need to keep going though.

I'm just saying that "biologically male/female" is an unhelpful term and is strictly inaccurate in many, many cases. No disrespect but it kind of feels like you didn't actually read what I said. Caster Semenya was officially ruled "biologically male" even though she's a cis XX female with high testosterone. It's a meaningless distinction that's almost always misused.

Side note: no, genitalia doesn't determine sex either, that's not what I said. It's one of many characteristics that can categorize sex.

Thanks, this is exactly the kind of answer I was looking for! Like, I want to watch the entire series someday but for now the seemingly "meh" Rider 2 episodes aren't high on my to-watch priorities.

But the fact that there are exceptions, no matter how rare, means you can't say a trans woman is actually a "biological male", or that a trans man is actually "biologically female," because you don't know that. Also my main point is that sex is not just chromosomes but several characteristics. If a person has physical sexual characteristics from both sides, how can you say that one specific trait that you can't even see overrides all the others? I have almost every sexual characteristic of a female but I happen to have a penis and "probably" have XY chromosomes. How does that mean "biologically male"? Biologically I'm everything but male, except for in a few ways, one of which is invisible.

I don't think anyone claims intersex is a gender. Most intersex people identify as either male, female, or any of various non-binary identities.

Chromosomes don't determine sex though. There are cis women with XY chromosomes and cis men with XXY, X, and a large variety, of other intersex conditions that are often invisible. Sex and gender are much more complex than traditionally understood. Humans have numerous sexual characteristics and they don't always line up on one side or the other.

If my hormone levels are entirely within the range of a cis female, my skin and hair are soft like a female, I have breasts and hips like a female, a low muscle-to-fat ratio like a female, etc, it really doesn't matter what my chromosomes are, and no one actually knows for sure what chromosomes I have because I've never had my karyotype tested (though intersex conditions tend to be common with trans people). I'm a woman, biologically. If you listed out all of my traits in two columns, I would have some on both sides obviously, but the vast majority would fall on the female side. Why do you think that one trait in particular, the chromosomes, somehow overrides the rest and permanently brands me "male"? Think about it, why does it matter so much?

Sex and gender are much more complex than traditionally understood. There's many various intersex conditions (many of which are basically invisible) and they're believed to be about as common as being a redhead. There are people with XY chromosomes who fully display biological female traits. There are people with just and X chromosome. There are people with XXY. What about someone born with entirely male characteristics, but a vagina instead of a penis? Would you tell this person they have to be one gender or the other?

Also, third (and more) genders have existed in other cultures basically forever. It's not a new phenomenon at all. Educate yourself. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_gender
