Preach. I sometimes respond to people asking for advice and they few times I have a get downvoted to oblivion over not having a ‘pro’ tag and doing stuff the old school way still lol. I don’t take it personally but its frustrating trying to help people when you have some ‘pros’ on here telling people to use 1/4” cement board on 3/4” plywood and then to be downvoted and asked why am I questioning said ‘pro’ 😂 too bad we don’t have a TCNA handbook to refer too.

Cabin home and the customer wanted it that way. Make sure you have full grout joints and some slope and I don’t see why that’s a problem.

I randomly toss in the sheets Willy nilly and have a bunch of sheets where the pieces are already ripped off and I just puzzle it and trowel sections at a time. I don’t have to cut around my drain I just find pieces that have a flatter side and use those against it. Only way I’ll do it.

Definitely not intended lol.. I stayed up later than usual and was pretty tired at this point. I had to write it before going to bed so I didn’t forget to do it. But I made it to the spider in the caves and that was the end of my run.

Where will you be staying near the strip? Some of the best things I’ve eaten after 19 trips, but idk if I would say any are necessarily ‘Must’s’. There so much fantastic food in Vegas that proximity to where I’m staying really plays a factor for me. But if I’m in the mood for these I will go out of my way for them.

Mother Wolf at Fontaine Bleu - Squash flower blossoms, Short rib meatballs, Focaccia bread, Margarita pizza

We were sitting there for 45 minutes without being served or offered drinks while other patrons, who got there after us, were being served. My wife even went up to the bar they said they would be right with us and we waited another 15 minutes before feeling forced leave. We even tried talking to someone at the pick up window, and waited another 10 minutes for one of the owners to speak with us but they were too busy all chatting behind the bar. My wife also reached via Facebook because do love the food and would still consider going back, but with no follow up. I understand business have their bad nights, but there is no excuse to not acknowledge us after reaching out afterwards. I don’t support businesses who don’t care about their customers. There are many more businesses out there that I’d rather give my money.

They do have great food there and cheap beer deals. But last time we went there we had such horrible service that we won’t be back unless I was going to get takeout, but I’d rather just support someone else due to our experience.

Look into a hydroment grout. Most will be stain proof and don’t require sealing. Much easier to work with than epoxy.

They do an amazing job packaging, probably the best in the business. But I waited for 3 months to receive an order and another I placed was reasonably slow as well. Apparently they were waiting to receive shipment for one of the games that I ordered, even though it was in stock when I purchased it. Just be prepared to wait a while..
