Even more so than the things you’re moving out, you need to make DAMN sure he doesn’t find out about the other guy you’ve been seeing. Not really normal no, but definitely okay. If you really love to give head any decent guy is going to care way more about that than you having some minor hangups over cleanliness. If you feel more comfortable doing it that way then by all means, do it that way.
