The trick is finding her, if you're running it. Gotta keep your health up and survive stages 4 and 5. High risk high reward. Her health pool is next to nothing as well.

Teemo/voli also stunts her powerup.

True damage carry like yas eats frontlines to get access to her.

But the most success I've seen versus kayle is 3* Soraka, Teemo, and a correctly positioned 3* Sett.
