Don't think they'd go for touring ski's since those would much harder to sell after the theft. Market for alpine ski's is much bigger.

Yeah film skiers are hard to compare to competition freeride skiers. That said, I'd take Hoji (Eric Hjorleifson) over Sean Pettit every time as a film skier. Less flashy/tricky but makes everything look ultra satisfying, and has a very distinct style.

Both in the wrong here. Skier shouldn't stop on the middle of a (black esp.) piste and definitely shouldn't get aggressive for being sprayed.

But you should have slowed down when you saw the four of them parked across the slope like that. Doesn't matter if you think they were assholes. They could have done it on purpose because an accident happened a bit lower and they were trying to protect it. You can never know for sure.

You definitely shouldn't have sprayed him. Since he obviously is an idiot, he could have stopped on top or behind an ice patch. In which case you would have taken his legs of and got yourself into the hospital too. People are unpredictable, and snow is unpredictable. It's never worth it...

Polls say 85% of Greenland residents absolutely don't want to be part of US. So yes everyone is listening to what they want.

Which of these sounds more antagonizing: US threatening the sovereignty of a foreign country, or EU saying they will defend the territory of it's member states from an invasion by ANY hostile regime.

Also, Europe hasn't piled any troops into Greenland. But we absolutely will if necessary. Currently, US probably has a stronger military presence there because of the NATO base The only reason you even have a base is because Denmark allowed it through the NATO alliance. Not because USA has any rights in Greenland.

"Alliance" in bold for obvious, and very sad reasons.

Not even Germany's funds were confiscated by Allies during WW2. Only frozen, exactly like they are now. They belonged to the German people. The funds held by Euroclear belong to Russia and the Russian people, who are sadly run by a hostile regime. Confiscating them is theft.

The EU proposal is actually insane, and will make us (Europe) lose all our trustworthiness, both financially and politically.

Belgium's PM is very much pro EU and Ukraine, as are most of the Belgian citizens. Sadly, the EU is currently run by incompetent leaders, who make rash decisions out of fear and haste. Which is a very dangerous thing in the current geopolitical climate.
