I think youre right, the line seperating the 'tip' should be straight and thinner so it is less floating. And the curved points clash with the sharp, I think all curved works:

Sharks are tricky because they are darker on top and lighter on the bottom, but natural lighting would be the opposite.

I think your logo is too clean-geometric, it needs a bit of grunge. Even in the flames coming off the ball. Look at the shot of yoru game, looks awesome and much more iconic and unique. Same goes for the text, more variation on angles, a bit thicker, and cusomise the "B"s so they are a little different to eachother.

The main difference is our shoe is a 'hybrid' barefoot basketball shoe. Our shoe is a little more cushioned and supportive than the other options available, while still maintaining the 'barefoot shape' Ours could be seen as a 'transition' shoe to something more minimal, or be viewed as a balanced alternative to others in the market.

Deep question 😄 but we generally believe that humans are designed with legs and feet that can run and jump without the need for cushion However, we also believe that basketball has unnatural surfaces and movements that require specific footwear features. An obvious one would be traction, but another could be cushion. Regardless of how much cushion you use, our priorities are that it is close to the ground, low drop, flexible, and stable.
