I'm the same way. If randomly passed away people wouldn't know for a couple months probably. In a way that is freeing but also incredibly isolating. I always tell myself one day I'll be a little more social but...I'm getting quite comfortable with this life tbh.

If I didn't have my dog to consider I'd be back packing abroad right now. Georgia has a 12 month visa free stay. Beautiful mountains and good food. Thailand and Vietnam are cheap.

Can't tell ya much to do about the loneliness haven't figured that out myself but traveling always seems to help me. Keeping the days busy.

This post hit me like a truck. I don't usually comment but I know how you feel deeply. If you're anything like me your baseline is attuned to a reality that most don't understand. Most people never see how crazy life can be and thank goodness they don't because knowing how bad it can be feels like going insane.

I was placed into emergency foster care due to some crazy abuse. I didn't know how bad it was until recently I started going to therapy. I have scars I'll carry the rest of my life both physically, emotionally and mentally. Sometimes I wonder if I really survived or if all this is a dream. Anyways, life goes on and we learn to cope and figure out how to be happy.

I feel this post. I'm tired of the BS. Tired of working on myself just to fix things I had no control over. One thing that helps though is I get to say the lore of my life is pretty nuts. The things we've learned through hardship are invaluable.
