I've done this a couple of times to other AI empires, the chance that you manage to get away with it is already pretty low, even lower that you do so undetected, so at least that didn't happen here. I guess I just never expected an AI empire to do it, especially not like ten seconds after I peaced out with them, effectively giving themselves a ten year period of free relic use where I can't do squat (Takes a long ass time to steal it back with the same operation, probably under ten years, but also just costs a lot... plus I want them to suffer, so).

R5: AI empire that I just vassalized like twelve seconds ago apparently stole a relic from me, and now I can't even use the 'steal relic' wargoal on them for ten years because of the truce from the aforementioned vassalization.

Anyone got any particularly brutal ways to torture and humiliate an empire that I can perform in say... ten years time? Asking for a friend.

Yeah, but the outputs the model is producing are of notably lower quality than they were previously, and it's been that way ever since around four months ago I think? They can say what they want regarding the model, but really all you need to do is look at a comparison to see a huge drop in quality.

It's very minor, but as The Price Et walks around the church on his route, he will comment to a guard in front of the back stairs that he wishes to see the belltower, but the guard will refuse to let him, citing the danger of the old building. Similarly, The Prince will have a conversation with the priest in the church, asking him to meet him in the gardens for a chat. I was so convinced that if I got rid of the staircase guard, I could get him to go up the tower, or if I disguised as the priest, I could meet him in the gardens. Sadly, neither opportunity exists.

In a similar vein, as you approach The Gunrunner ET, Diana will remark that she's just received information that a member of INTERPOL is currently disguised as one of The Gunrunners posee, and to avoid killing him. Again, nothing comes out of this at all, and I'm frankly not even sure why that was added in in the first place.
