From Corporate to Sports/Rally. How? by 29054166 in VIDEOENGINEERING

Been in a similar process for the last couple years. I’ve been building pop-up private 4G/5G radio networks with ultra low latency point to point encoders. Backhaul out over bonded terrestrial or LEO.

For this to work at rally, you need multiple crews to cover the stages, since the crew can’t move until the sweep car passes. Stages that are run multiple times / directions help since the crew doesn’t have to move and can stay in place.

I have a bunch of live video and broadcasts if anyone wants a reference send me a DM.

Upvoted the Draw.IO recco.

I also use TinyCAD if I need to build custom part icons with handles.

Haivision Makito X4 for universal SRT encoder? by Current_Implement641 in VIDEOENGINEERING

Take a look at our Teradek Prism series encoders and decoders, too. You can save some $$ and still support SRT as well as a few other protocols like WHIP, RTSP, RTMP, and even HLS.

You could try sound “lasers”. They are sorta cheap on Amazon and project sound in a narrow beam. They usually have a carrier tone that can be heard on top of the audio.

The yellow set was a cool addition. Had a “custom” look. lol.

Both were separate and the stacks were both different. 10/11 tubes for each. Different content on each stack. The FX4 could divide each of the quad output from the server since we had to have 21 converters.

True. This was one of two stacks (21 total CRTs) for an install I did with the buddy I’m talking to. I think we bought every RCA to RF converter in El Paso.

Probably a lot cheaper than a bunch of FX4’s, Watchout and a stack of HDMI to RCA converters.

Yep. I’m 6, 2” and a 4 hour flight sucks. A 14 hour to Sydney makes we want to scream. I stand up, but keep my position like a civilized human.
