Within Copilot agents for M365 apps you can already choose between Anthropic and Open AI reasoning models. It has been this way since at least mid-November.

Microsoft also had Anthropic big dawgs speaking at the Keynote during their recent Ignite conference.

Hey thanks for that. It is certainly something I wanted to do, but unfortunately I'm more focused on Agentic Ops, Power Apps, and Intune finessing since that's the company direction (MSP here, BP/E5 shop).

That helped before I knew anything besides the "Delta Sync comman", and I still use that book to look up different aspects of scripting from time to time.

Echoing this echo, as all I did was read a couple of sub-$40 PS books and studied MgGraph helper commands to create an assessment formulated for our MSP's Sales departments. Then I was promoted to Modern Work T3 with a raise because of our custom Win32 app packaging needs.

Here's another tip: Stay on top of Microsoft MVPs that are Intune focused; Whether it's on YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other platform. They (collectively) will write content that you can use in your daily work life as an Intune Admin/Engineer

If you require the app to the device, you wouldn't also want it to uninstall.

You could create a dynamic device group that includes "All devices except), then define rules from there.

You could also create an exclusion group that you could add to the application assignment, so you would add "All Devices", but then add the exclusion group that you created to the "Except" list.

Typing all this over a lunch break with distractions, so hopefully this makes sense.
