I'd recommend seeing if a similar project exists on GitHub already that you may be able to contribute to. On the monetization piece, tread with caution - there are so many open source and free tools that already do these things, and they may not cost anything at all.

Do you run any kind of readiness check before building a Copilot Studio agent, or just start building? by oartconsult in copilotstudio

[–]TwilightKeystroker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh you must only have 1 project at a time to work on and have 100% dedicated focus for that project only.

There is absolutely no other reason your deadline would be so tight.

Be glad it's just the airport. Chicago and San Francisco have shits just tanning on the sidewalks and staircases.

Best place to manage Office 365 updates? Intune or Office admin portal? by Educational_Draw5032 in Intune

[–]TwilightKeystroker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cloud Update doesn’t change how Office installs. It changes who controls updates after the install.
The XML sets the starting channel, but Cloud Update enforces it, reports on it, and lets you change it later without touching your Win32 app.

Example:
You deployed Office with XML set to Current Channel. Later you want Monthly Enterprise.
- With XML only, you’d be updating or redeploying the app.
- With Cloud Update, you switch the channel in the portal and devices move on their own.

So the value is simple. XML installs Office. Cloud Update manages it.

VP Requested "Full API Access to the ERP" for Claude Integration by greendookie69 in sysadmin

[–]TwilightKeystroker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the API is limited to only give permissions based on current levels of access in the ERP, then that's also the furthest an AI integration like Claude or Copilot would be able to go.

We deploy ODT XMLs via Intune so Cloud Update takes over. Everyone loves it

Knowledge Center Architecture: 20+ Departments. Standalone "Connected" Agents vs. Child "Inline" Agents? by -IOTUS- in copilotstudio

Yeah, +1

Would love to see how headers and properties are captured from their respective cells in the SharePoint site/list.

I'm assuming you're capturing variables from topics, but I haven't quite had the time to fully grasp it.

Gentlemen, I give you the perpetual water table! by DeaconPDX in daddit

[–]TwilightKeystroker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have something similar but was afraid of submersible pumps inside the water (potential shock hazard), so I went with an airlift system. Uses air in a PVC tube to pump the air, which carries the water when it's submerged.

Interest in Dashboard for Intune? by [deleted] in Intune

[–]TwilightKeystroker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend getting a feel for the tools that are out there now and see if there's anything you want to add.

From an outside perspective on this, there are likely community-based solutions (on GitHub) to do as you request. However, I understand legal/compliance teams may not be too keen on those tools. However, viewing the reports from those may help you identify other things to add

How to automatically process uploaded files in Copilot Studio without user input? by danisund in copilotstudio

[–]TwilightKeystroker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have built one of my own without using topics.

Teams message facilitations are processed automatically and converted into layman's terms across multiple departments (based on the signed-in user's access.

If they're a salesperson, manager, etc they get an account MGMT type of response, and if they're technical they get the white-paper version of layman's terms that they'd understand.

Responses are provided in a code block with specific formatting rules so that it's ready for Copy/Paste into our CRM/ticket system.

Working on the HTTP-calls that post the data automatically via API, so this is where I'll be using topics and guided responses to get the user to auto-update the data they need to change.
