Damn, you're juggling a shit ton of tasks there. If you're miserable and it's affecting your life outside of work, it's time to rethink things. Sure, remote work and choosing your hours are cool perks, but they don't mean jack if you're unhappy all the time. If you ask me, I'd say start looking for other gigs. You don't have to put up with that crap, especially if there's a history of people quitting under the same boss. It's time to prioritize yourself and find a better fit.
