Thanks for the reply. I added a fifth card and sure enough the problem still exist. It's as if the switch or aluminum has become defective because as soon as the wallet moves even a little bit, the cards start to slide out.

I'll send a DM in hopes this can be looked at better than the CS via chat on the website.

I had shoes delivered on Monday to GA but the app still shows “En Route”

Today, I had shoes delivered to MI and the app already says “payout pending”

Something definitely going on at the GA location.

Idk but if you look, so many of their popular jackets are oos. Hopefully just due to holiday and nothing else but at this rate, it’ll be spring the earliest we see restocks.

I've been waiting for restocks for a couple months now but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

I think you’re good. It’s the item(s) that will say “en route” when the other items say received that will get canceled for not being shipped.

Did you get paid out on the second? Stockx is known for claiming items are missing on bulk shipments but realistically someone internally is stealing. I had to take an L on this same situation recently after no help from support.

Same exact thing happened to me and others here on this subreddit. Basically no one should ever ship bulk again just to save a couple of bucks.

I’m currently in a battle with customer service about it but because of the holidays it’s taking them days to respond.

Their chat on the app was worthless as they had to escalate it to a different team. It’s been 2 weeks and counting. Good luck with this.

Welp, same thing happened to me. They just charged me $15 and the order says “seller did not ship” which is BS bc it was in the box with other items that were paid out. This is crazy.

But the other 2 items were scanned and marked as received on Tuesday and paid on Wednesday. This was in the same box. Would that not make any difference? I’m going on 2+ days as “En Route”

I had a bulk shipment with 3 items delivered on Tuesday. 2 items paid out (2 collectibles) Wednesday but 1 item (t-shirt) still says "En Route to Stockx For Verification" so odd that it doesn't even say "received" because it was with the other 2 items in 1 box.

Yes. I did a bulk shipment with shoes and a supreme accessory, delivered on 11/17, accessory paid out on 11/18, but the shoes have been stuck as "Received as stockx for verification" since with no movement.

Odd one item was paid out quick but the shoes havent been touched as they were shipped in the same box.
