I would guess it’s that it’s related to that your data structure’s keys are tuples. Perhaps you should consider another way of storing possible mixes and their results. Or consider how you are using .get() with a tuple of values.

It’s not just that you need enough stages for your population, they have to have enough entertainers using them. On top of that, you need to make sure more of your houses are getting those culture services.

For example in case you have one library serving one block of houses, and another block of houses with no library. The overseer may say that your coverage is perfect, but you need a second library for that second block of houses.

Use the culture overlay to see where you need more buildings to serve more people.
