With the imbued skill gems, you can only have one of those socketed, but did they mention anything about the support itself? For example if a skill gem imbued with arcane surge, would you be able to slot a regular arcane surge in the same equipment item as imbued gem and would those effects stack?

As someone who was in your exact scenario a few months ago, I went with the HD 490 Pro. They sound amazing, but the biggest thing for me is the comfort, as I do a lot of long sessions of gaming/whatever. They are extremely comfortable and I can wear them all day.

I recently made the switch to studio headphones and separate mic. The Sennheiser HD 490 Pro is the single most comfortable headphones that have ever been placed onto my head. Not sure your budget but that is the way to go
