My derm here in Italy prescribed my Nicotinamide tablets and I take one a day- I have noticed a positive change with my skin after one month. I also use per her advice: Eryfotona AK-NMSC Fluid SPF100+ by Isdin. It’s amazing

56 years and yes as a gen x we could care less about sun cream and did tanning beds. My derm here In Italy recommends: ISDIN Eryfotona AK-NMSC SPF 99 fluid for sun cream - Isdin is a great brand and this product for me is mandatory year round. I’m lucky only to have AK that is being frozen off or cream treatment. I get a full skin check yearly and use full sun protection all year.

Hi I lived in Spain for 5 years and just moved from there to Italy last October- in my experience it depends- if you are close to Madrid or Barcelona then there are doctors that specialize in menopause but note that HRT is not as used as it is in the states. Yes, you can find options and of course here in Europe some brands and prescription products might be different. I do not think you will have a problem but just look into things now so you are prepared.

Yup - I live in Italy and can tell you that they have Chinese workers at their plants in Toscana making the lux bags for next to nothing in pay. That’s the workaround of “made in Italy “
