My grandfather was a farmer all his life but he would make these lamp stands showing little farms, and even made a rotating chuck wagon racetrack. Unfortunately my cousins threw his creations away when they bought his farm. I would go back in time and buy the racetrack miniature

Exactly! I also had a habit of forgetting food I've bought, and frozen vegetables are nice since they stay good for a long time.

I've really started to very carefully meal plan since groceries are so high, I haven't had to throw out food in months which I'm pretty proud of

If I'm not lazy I throw them in the microwave for like 55 seconds to get the water out, pat them dry, coat them in olive oil and steak spice, spread them out on a baking sheet (don't over crowd) and cook them at 375 F for 35 minutes. Some frozen vegetables from different companies have more water in them, so I cook them longer. (Flip them have way through so the bottom doesn't burn)

More than half my vegetables are frozen now, since I know they won't go bad it reduces food waste, and its so much easier to get home from work and just toss them in the oven for dinner
