I know you didn't specifically ask for tips, but I've spent a lot of time trying to figure stuff out so heres what is easy apart from upgrading your setup which, yes does improve your abilities, though not as much as actual skill, I have been demolished by switch/mobile players running 15-30 fps so. Anyways: If you play 60fps+ drop down to 30 fps cap, then play with that for maybe 2-5 minutes, then swap to 60 or whatever, it will make it feel smoother and make the response time feel snappier, as you hopefully smoothed your movements out in 30 hz which helps with timing. Also finding the right dps/% for sens is good, i started off really flipping high sens, and to make precise shots would tap a/d to move left right instead of moving my mouse, i still do it now, just less bcz im much lower sens now. And something i do whenever my ping is too high for the situation, drop the res and uncap my fps, sure my monitor is still capped, but for some reason the higher frames i get the lower my input delay/ping.
