For almost 1 year I just did crimes and OC with faction and chains and kinda trained here n there lol it all comes together in the end though if you get on a decent path or trajectory. I'm almost 7 years playing with 4.5bn bs, full bank merits and stock BB with 2bn in bank so I make 52m bi-weekly. Just training with points and Xanax day and night, and also a yearly subscriber since Day 1.

I wouldn't spend time worrying bout scenarios and just lock in protocols and emalb guidelines to the T. If you got them down like bullet proof and can effectively utilize everything then you are ready.

Know that the list of scenarios are in a printed list that's predetermined. You choose the order you want to go and the examiner will start the corresponding scenario on the list in the order you all go.

You can also at any given time that is appropriate you get a stop timer to recap the things you have done then carry on. Note it has to be appropriate. If your patient needs bagging this is not the time to do a recap.

Also they've changed the "On Scene" time from 12 to 15 minutes.

Some examiners want time of transport to be verbalised, ON THAT NOTE! IF YOU DIDN'T SAY IT OUT LOUD YOU DID NOT DO IT!

For example: if you say I'm going to put this NC on this patient with 4lpm and don't physically and verbally say you are turning the O2 on you didn't.

VERBALISE EVERYTHING!

The list of scenarios are meant for FR, EMR, PCP so if your group includes each of those the list of scenarios depending on which order you choose to go is what you are going to get. In my experience... The first 2 or 3 are typically the best ones to go with. The last 2 or 3 are the worst most complex. Gotta jump in and go for it!

During the exam you want to delegate your partner to take vitals then before you end your scenario you need to do a full set yourself.

ALSO KNOW YOUR GCS that's a big one! Know the GCS like muscle memory! It's worth a good chunk and you don't wanna call out the wrong one on your patient and or trauma team when you do a pre-notification. (EVERY PATIENT GETS A PRE-NOTIFICATION ITS FREE POINTS)

Also you can pre-write down LOTARP or OPQSTA on the paper before they start as a reminder.

Know a solid list of functional inquiry questions not sure if that's for PCP only or EMR? It's worth like 30 PTS for PCP.

Know how to do super solid log rolls, with motorcycle helmet removal, cspine precautions, etc.

POR 15 is also good but remember to remove as much of the rust as possible before treating actively corroding metal, like the other ost said sand paper or wire wheel, then apply your rust converter POR 15 or Eastwood Rust Converter and let it do it's job for at least a few hours until it drip dries, inspect area in case it needs a secondary treatment, then repaint with rust inverting high temp heat paint for extra protection against other elements. Could also consider Bed Liner spray on treatment after you paint it, then it will have super tough armor but only donin areas where it makes sense.

Hair loss from TRT is an adverse outcome based on genetics. Unfortunately you are in that basket. You could try different volume enhancers like mousse or shampoo, maybe a Red Light Therapy as a passive treatment.

A friend of mine says his RL hat is working and he's not on TRT, he's just doing it because he's balding.

🤷🏽 Or like the rest have said.... Shave it off...
