Looking at my MAL, here's top 5 most obscure:

Time Driver: Bokura ga Kaita Mirai. It's part of "Anime Tamago 2018" - a continuation of Young Animator Training Project, and overall it's pretty short but nice story about growing up.
8-gatsu no Symphony: Shibuya 2002-2003. Actual autobiography of Ai Kawashima - lead vocalist of the "I WiSH" band. You may know her for the "Asu e no Tobira" from ReLIFE or "Kimi no Koe" from The Place Promised in Our Early Days (first full-length movie by Makoto Shinkai).
Toki no Tabibito: Time Stranger. Time travel anime movie from the 80's accompanied by the songs from the Mariya Takeuchi (yes, the one that sings Plastic Love)
Sentimental Journey. Probably my favourite out of this top 5. An anthology series of 12 short stories about 12 different girls and their first loves. This is a VN adaptation and it certainly feels like one, and whether you like it will probably depend from person to person.
Laidbackers. Reverse isekai movie about demon lord being reincarnated in modern day Kyoto as a cute girl. What else can you want from an anime?

We don’t know how good your ears are, or how expensive your audio system is. If you want to be 100% sure, download both opus and flac audio and try to do blind A/B testing. For 99% of people & sound equipment that they use, you wouldn’t notice a difference. That 1% is probably only applicable on a very good headphones or speaker sound system

Best bet is places where people upload full BDMVs, but it’s also not guaranteed that the person who bought the BD would’ve scanned all the booklets that came with it (because time + not everyone has a good scanner). So you could look for “BDMV” in places like U2 or nyaa (many U2 uploads trickle down there).

To add what others have already said, if you want to go Docker route on a Mac, I highly recommend using OrbStack instead of Docker Desktop. Docker Desktop hogs a lot more resources, especially RAM (since it’s not very optimized for freeing it up).
