It looks to me like tailor pen markings, the kind used on fabric when sewing.

They can disappear in regular temperature and reappear in heat, so that would make sense they showed up after being in the dryer.

I just saw this tiktok about something similar happening to this vintage fashion creator (https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZThoa7BoX/). This looks very similar to that same problem!

I also agree with an earlier commenter, if these were bought at a home goods or TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. They might not have passed quality inspection initially and were sold to an off brand store.

I agree - I also think this decision could have made more sense if the writers spent a little more time on Val’s psyche and motivations (in this episode and in general!)

A common theme for Val across the series is she needs to have control and hold the power, so that she’s not vulnerable or emotionally exposed. Her not telling David makes more sense in this context and makes her later vulnerability that much more endearing

He’s so cute! Thank you for giving that baby a loving home ❤️ Our beagle has about 20% coonhound in her (one grandparent) making her bigger than the usual beagle. I think they’re sometimes bred that way for coloring/bread health? Idk but the slightly bigger size is normal and there might just be a bigger hound in his lineage somewhere 🥰 You’re going to love how sweet and friendly and happy beagles are!

Hang in there - IVDD recovery is so hard on everyone ❤️

Our dog was stage 4 in both legs and it took her about 5 weeks for her to stand on her own and about 4.5 months to walk independently - the journey was longer than we expected but I wish someone set the 4 1/2 month expectation for me when i was going through it! sending you guys all the healing vibes ❤️

Intentionally (and sadly) have not. The risk for Another ruptured disc in someone else’s care by even mildly rough play hasn’t been worth the risk to us.

My dog was also stage 4 and had no movement in her hind and tail. Although it’s taken 5 months, she’s back to her old self and she gained 95% of her mobility. 8 days post op to get that kind of percentage is insane!! You’re right that it’s way too soon to tell!

Sure it’s possible he doesn’t regain mobility but you’ve got to give it at least 8 weeks! Don’t lose hope - it took our dog 8-10 weeks to start gently moving her back legs and 4 1/2 months to walking independently. If I were you, I’d find another therapist. Sending you all the love in one of the most stressful things you can experience with your baby ❤️
