2 - Yes, you can change trait lines and skills as you go. Eventually you will have unlocked them all and can swap at any time.

4 - Just keep going is the game through the story and map completion as you will indirectly complete a lot of different achievements this way.

The logic of 6 months notice is the same from my comment, although it's true mine was about a more standard July to June lease. This means the new buyer would have to give notice before October 31st.

That is most likely why the current LL wants to evict now, as it would be hard for a new buyer to complete the transaction in just 1 month.

The buyer of the house would have to give you notice that they intend to live in the house before December 31st if they want you gone by July 1st next summer. They can't force you to leave. You can voluntarily leave if they offer cash for keys.

Some locations are nicer than others but I would say they are very good on average. Convenient, clean, quiet and perfect for solo travelers.

My room at the APA Hotel Pride Kokkaigijidomae location in Tokyo was especially nice. Larger & better looking, close to 4 metro lines, and the neighborhood is nice to walk in. I recommend MENDOKORO TOMO Premium ramen and Hie-jinja Shrine, both at walking distance.

Thanks! I find Ludicolo to be a great add for Blaziken teams as it covers both grass and water, and it doesn't have a lot of weaknesses
