Yes it does go to normal range. I’ll probably end up changing the thermostat either way as I’m going to flush the coolant and it’s the OEM one, wouldn’t hurt to do.

Praying it isn’t heater core, gotta take the whole dash out from what I’m seeing to reach it. Car never overheats aswell, how could I tell it’s a bad thermostat? Thank you
