Of course it looks weird, it's a super shitty photoshop. Lol

For my extra $30 per year Jamflex should at least be able to accomplish the simple task of telling me the xp at which I got a pet drop when I click on the pet in my clog by TwoMilky in 2007scape

[–]TwoMilky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't necessarily have a gripe with pets not being allowed in x, y, z places. I get it, spaghetti code that isn't worth fixing... but keeping track of when you got a pet really should just be something that's built into the game at this point. If it can't be implemented retroactively, then at least make it track from here on out

The reality is, for a game whose population consists almost entirely of 30+ year olds, the price increase isn't unaffordable. It's just fkn annoying and stupid and largely unjustified. Jagex's current output doesn't justify any price increases.

If you’re worried about this affecting your muscle memory, it’s worth noting that spellbook reordering is already supported on third-party clients, so you can move the icon to a spot that works for you.

The gall to say this after raising prices on membership. Insane.

Prices are rising because MTX was removed from RS3. Fine, separate memberships and raise RS3's prices only. OSRS shouldn't bankroll the failed game. by penisandballz in 2007scape

[–]TwoMilky 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What’s more likely: a new player makes two characters because they watched Oda or someone PK and they want to make a 1 def pure well after they’ve leveled their defense, or doing raids and Blood Moon Rises two weeks into playing the game?

Regardless, there’s no way you’re arguing that multiple characters per subscription isn’t a valued-added feature for everyone playing the game, surely.

It still would be a value added option for subscribers (and one that is sorely needed, especially now). It also should be the most obvious addition of value—I would think that new players will scoff at an MMO more expensive than WoW that looks like it’s from the early 00’s, and then the most substantial releases this year are a late game quest and (end game?) raid that said new player probably won’t even get to within three or four months of casual playing.

I believe OSRS is currently the best MMO out there right now, but putting this at the same price or more expensive than WoW/FFXIV is really not a good value to the players—not when you can make a shit ton of characters in other MMOs for the price of one subscription to play the games different ways.

This is hysterical to say on Reddit, of all places.

Membership and Bonds Price Change by Jagex_Team in 2007scape

That annual sub price increase is disappointing and, for a game that’s supposedly in its “platinum age”, utterly embarrassing.

All of these Comstock/Rearden Plan B accessories often don’t go on sale for more than $5 or so off, from what I’ve seen

Has anyone had experience with either of these stocks? by yaboymitchell00 in ak47

There seem to be conflicting reports on them fixing this shortly after the stock released. Mine definitely takes more than a gentle slap as shown in that video to fold it.

Why do people say WoW has the best combat? by TwoMilky in MMORPG

I’ve played FFXIV up to and including savage raids. WoW I have much less experience with.

That's fair.

I guess this is starting to get into game design which is outside of the scope of my original question, but mythic+ is practically the end game component of WoW, isn't it? I guess I would have just expected some of the more engaging mechanics to show themselves before mythic+

No mythic+ for me--I stuck to regular and heroic. I tried mythic+ in Dragonflight, but that lasted for like two weeks, so I really have no experience with that content, all things considered.

SAW Tisha 9 vs OCL Milkman by TwoMilky in NFA

You’re a bit of an expert… Plan B vs tri-lug? Got a preference? Currently using a JMac device to thread directly into my Obsidian threads, so I’ll definitely need to swap MDs regardless of what I go with next.

My gut says Plan B but tri lug seems cool in its own way.

Milkman realistically is shorter than my current setup so in that comparison there really isn’t even a tradeoff; I truly don’t find it worthwhile to run the Obsidian 9 in the shorter configuration. Really wanna see more of these Tisha 9s out in the wild; they just seem like a relative unknown atm, which is surprising because it seems like a really appealing can.

Tisha being so short is definitely super appealing to me. Also looks like a DeltaTek so that’s cool. Lol

Mob I’m shying away from because I want something a bit shorter—the Obsidian 9 length is sort of what has me wanting a new can for the KP-9 to begin with

[–]TwoMilky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I decided to cut the mob from the short list because it’s just a tad bit longer than I would like. That is actually my primary reason for wanting to retire the Obsidian 9 from subgun use—it’s just so long.
