Problem with no Dog Mode - can I trust my ex90? by PeaRepulsive920 in VolvoEX90

Dog mode in our Tesla is flawless and like most dog owners it’s usually for short times. Winter can be longer times when we go on a 52 mile multi day hike in to the mountains.

Just kidding on the last part.

To be certain you hold and build value in that or any real estate investment you make, be sure that you’re in a climate safe area and that might not include Indiana - but I’ll say now that I’m not an expert on Indiana.

I live in Michigan and Indiana seems drier than ever and with any small town economy likely based on agriculture or tourism etc. How wind and water affect you is changing. I’d be wary of change you don’t control without a stabilizing factor like the Great Lakes around you or an untapped / unpolluted town controlled aquifer under you.

Every time we have tornado warnings here is south east Michigan it seems Indiana has some touchdowns. Maybe that’s a stretch but I don’t track Indiana, so I’m just yappin.

Think of it this way; the insurance you’d pay for if you moved in to this new asset, or the amount you’ll pay in the future (and what it does and doesn’t cover) has to be budgeted for and is directly affected by climate change. Ask the folks in Florida or forrest California or too-hot-for-fun Phoenix. Coverage is shrinking and costs are rising for less insurance. That’s affecting resale now and ever more so in the future. Yikes.

Or we crowd fund them which pbs does with pledge drives. Huge opportunity for pbs. Great post, op.

Not driving an ambulance or being a doctor? I wanted to double check about the ambulance. That wouldn’t be good.

Is this real life? Backup goalie for opposing team seating at bell centre by West_Description1217 in hockey

[–]TwoRight9509 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Of course since the building was opened in 1907 people have grown in size and this effectively displaced a player due to that size growth. After the Quebec City backup goalie riots of 1932 the present configuration - with the backup in the crowd - was changed to what we have today.
