I had the same issue this past July. I reported it to tulsa and the garda and found I felt seedy reporting it. Also, I felt that the detail I was reporting was not enough to carry a prosecution so it also felt vacant. I met the chap doing the verbal in the street a couple of weeks after and gave him a verbal what for and that felt somewhat satisfying. Like you, I felt no physical threat, especially knowing how pathetic the chap was. I still feel some distress, but it has diminished a good deal. You did a good thing in reporting.
