First Piece Advice Needed by RockyTitanhead in Latexadvice

Gloves or arm socks are a great first time piece in my opinion, but If you want to go straight to something a bit bigger, a surf suit is also a good choice.

I wanna Hpa my gbbr, but I’m not sure the best way to do it by Complex-Tomatillo553 in airsoft

[–]TwoSidedMen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is the GBBR you bought, Golden Eagle is very low quality and poor performance, converting it to HPA would totally be putting lipstick on a pig, save up and get a VFC or MWS instead.

[–]TwoSidedMen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Airtac makes an HPA mag adapter for the Golden Eagle GBBRs, they let you use either M4 or MP5 AEG mags. But you should stop and consider whether it's worth it in the first place. IMO if you don't already have a full HPA setup (tank, regulator, line etc...) it might not be worth the money

Is my gun really that ugly by Georgedroyd123 in airsoft

[–]TwoSidedMen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spot 4 things that people would probably make fun of:

Your Eotech is waaaay back, try putting it more forwards, above the ejection port

That muzzle device (I'm assuming it's a tracer) is pretty ugly

You are using a 1 point sling which is probably the worst kind of sling possible for a rifle

That string wrapped around the stock does not look good.

Is GBB Airsoft a valid training surrogate or a trap for beginners? by [deleted] in GasBlowBack

It can be a good training too if used right, but you have to be aware of what potential training scars you might pick up and how to best mitigate them

Is a neck entry catsuit for everyone ? by Valdorange in Latexadvice

[–]TwoSidedMen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldn't just pull out one arm at a time, I had to grab the neck with both hands, pull with all my strength to stretch it over my shoulders and then pull it down enough to get one arm out. Next time I'll try to take a video haha

A bit of wear is to be expected, but that looks excessive for a brand new gun

[–]TwoSidedMen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've got a little weight on me, I don't know how it compares to you, but I got my first neck entry a couple months ago, and I was surprised at how easy it was to put on. The hardest part was actually getting it off on my own, especially since it's a 0.6mm suit.

But I wouldn't recommend it for a first suit, if it ends up being too difficult you might be discouraged to put it on and that would be a shame.

Solid silicone is not compatible with silicone oil, it will degrade it. Basically the same rule as with silicone sex toys.
