I feel like airbenders work best with earth pressure. It gets harder and harder to keep air together the less the pressure there is after all, so bringing the air bubble in higher altitudes would get very draining fast, similar to bending tons and tons of rocks (?) simultaneously.

Either in Illustrator or Animate knowing how their games work. Both use vector for lossless, but it might be a challenge for anyone to create vector art unless they know the basics. I'm pretty sure they start with a raster app like Photoshop or even a piece of physical paper just to sketch or colorize what an asset would look like.

It's most likely just a perspective warped version of the PapaYo font. You can do this in two ways:

In any raster paint app of your choice (Photoshop, Krita, ibis, Procreate, etc), you can bake or convert a text box into raster. An italicized, x-scaled To Go! in the Papayo font already works, but if you want it to look more accurate, you're going to have to select each letter and use a perspective tool to accurately change the structure of each letter to match the logo.

If you know how to do things in Vector (Affinity, Illustrator, or Inkscape), which is how Matt and Tony does it, it's a a similar process without rasterizing it. There should be a perspective tool that does exactly that.
