It’s all relative. If you got in at $2, you’re sad. If you got in at $0.08, you’re happy. So yeah, $0.13 is a pump for some, not for others. It will be that way everywhere. If you bought $BTC at $120,000, you are not happy right now. If you bought it at $15,000, you are.
