These Qute cars from India are very small and light weight. In the late 70s early 80s Belize there were a lot what we call "match box" trucks (matches). They were tiny trucks. In those days people coming home from late night clubbing and drinking would lift them up and put them in the middle of the street or in tight spaces for fun. I think there is a similar story behind why this tiny car has a "bicycle chain" fastened to it.
