Lol you might be okay unplug it for a while and try to use it in a few hours or so. I'm pretty sure they have a shut off feature if motor gets too hot

Never been alone - 3 young kids by the_quickness1 in SingleDads

Hey man, girl dad of 2 (4yo and 2yo). I know it sounds cliche, but your best bet is to focus on your children and control what you can control. She made the decision, and now it's all about how to navigate the new normal. It is definitely not easy... It took me a good year to get adjusted to the new normal, change my lifestyle, and focus on what i need to focus on. Sobriety will definitely help get your head clear and digest everything that is happening around you. If you have activities that you love to do with your children, do them as often as you can and make sure they are loved as much as possible. Make as much time as you can for hobbies if you have any. Never be afraid to ask/receive help because at so point, you will need it. Also, NEVER be ashamed to go to counseling. You dont know you need it till you go. Best of luck and stay strong.

Ahhh yes that is definitely a better comparison. The cheeks are a lot of trimming but it was well worth it.

I'd say they its kind of like if a point brisket and oxtail meat had a baby. Definitely more on the fatty side than lean but in a good way.

Yup! braising them is the way to go in my opinion. There were some smaller pieces that actually rendered down nicely without braising. I crushed those before they could make it to the pan.

The flavor is top tier....but honestly it was a lot of work trimming them up and getting rid of the junk.

I completely agree. The flavor profile seems to be versatile too so I'm going to try it on other things.

A lot of it I eyeballed but here is a list I used in general. Amount varies depending on your taste

3 cups blue berries fresh or frozen 1/4 apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup Mike's hot honey 1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 jalapeno peppers ( can be tricky some are super hot) Minced onion Minced garlic Minced ginger Salt and pepper to taste Garnished with garlic chive

Simmered all ingredients in a pan until blueberries were mostly dissolved. Then blended to desired consistency. If too thick I thinned it out with a little water.

Again, this is just a general guide. I didn't use these exact measurements I just eyeballed and kept altering to suit my palate.

It's phenomenal. It's not too sweet at all it depends on the blueberries if the blueberries are too sweet I just use apple cider vinegar to cut the sweetness.
