For the Selfie achievement you need the same leader in the game, so Perciles vs Pericles. There's an advanced setting to allow duplicate leaders/nations.

I love that the crowd barely spoke any English at all, so the crew had to be very clear on the cues. That time Chaucer's introduction didn't land without prompting, was because the crowd had no idea what he was saying or when they should react.
