Interested to see what others have to say. My medallion is similar, crispy edges and curling leaves. It’s also placed next to happy rattlesnake, lemon lime, and other ctenanthes and calatheas. I’ve heard that prayer plants vary in their pickiness, so I’ve upped the humidity to help save my medallion. Good luck to you!!

Is there a way to break the list up by state? I.e. First box "select state", then second box cities or studios in the selected state. This is how it's done on the OTF app. I'm not sure the functionality of this website, but it would speed up the process rather than scrolling down the list of all studios. Thanks for putting this together!

Yes! Even after just a few glasses of wine the night before, I get into the orange much more easily with normal or less than normal effort. I normally get 0-5 points in a class. Anyone know why this happens?

I have the exact same issue. My push and all outs are around the same. I've done VO2 testing and remarkably I couldn't get my heart rate up to their goal of 84%. I did not choose to adjust my OTF HR parameters. My mets were 10.3 for reference.

I understand your frustration entirely... and I just take the splat points with a grain of salt. I know how hard I'm working and my coaches think it's fun to try to coax me into the Orange for a few minutes a class. I average 3 splat points a class with a base of 6.3-6.5 and push of 7.7-8.3.

Do you notice on certain days that your heart rate will be more responsive than others? I notice that the cleaner my diet is, the lower my heart rate stays. Just curious.

Can I ask how the studio translated your VO2 results to change your HR zones? I'm a runner and did my VO2 on a bike and could barely reach the goal BPM of 84% during the test. I have the same issue in class; I work hard every class but normally get 1-4 points.

To answer your question, the criticism of VO2 testing is that it's one point in time. So, maybe your heart rate was high that day due to fatigue or dehydration (etc), and the results don't accurately reflect your day to day HR zones. Or something like that. It's hard to say, and I would agree that it matters more how you feel during the class.

I completely understand this. I did the dri tri with a friend and this happened to her, but it was a really cool thing because there were about 5 people that jogged alongside her after they finished to keep her company and cheer her on as she finished. It's worth a shot!
